Dr. Richter prescribed a roll-along scooter for him to use during this time. Thank goodness for this invention. It gives Boyd more independence. He can drive to work and scoot around the office and even carry some things with him. You can't carry anything with crutches.

Oh Boyd! You are a trooper! I had screws and a plate in may left ankle from a softball accident years ago -- not fun but amazing to see the hardware and that it looks just like something out in your toolbox! Mine came out a year later and I still have it! Best wishes!
